Ethics and politics

We worked about a picture. In the picture a boy is coming in a career of politics and near the door there're a bin in which are write the word ''ethics''.

We asked three questions:

1. What message is the cartoonist trying to convey? Why does politics appear on a door and ethics on a trashbin? That in politics career, anybody thinks in ethics and for them everything is correct to get something (the ends justify the means). Because the cartoon wants to say that when you be politician, you have to forgot your ethics.

2. What is your opinion about this message? I think that it's true but I don't agree with that. I think that you don't must forget your ethics or your ideas because it's more important that your work.

3.  What is your opinion about the relationship between ethics and politics? I think that don't have to exist any relation between those thinks although now I think that the things are like in the cartoon.
